Michael F. Lewis

Michael LewisAn American entrepreneur who has successfully been creating technology and telecommunications startups since 1980. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a unique ability to identify meaningful new trends and position companies to take advantage of emerging opportunities. He is a seasoned entrepreneur who has successfully formed, financed and managed more than a dozen ventures in telecommunications and technology.

Since co-founding ILD Corp. in 1996, he has served as Chairman and CEO. Mike Lewis has directly overseen the Company’s growth from a five person start-up to over $120 million in annual revenues and nearly 400 employees. Deeply committed to seeking new ways to drive efficiencies in the communications sector, Mike led the company into the business process outsourcing market to capitalize on the synergies available by combining exceptional billing, conferencing and call center services, with effective business practices, and outstanding customer delivery. ILD was honored by Inc. magazine as one of the fastest growing communications firms in their 2009 Inc. 5000 award.

In addition to his time with ILD, Michael Lewis serves as Chairman and Founder of  His concept for OfficeArrow evolved from a number of successful B2B activities that have been shown to flourish within the framework of a collaborative community. With his vision and backing, OfficeArrow has grown from a simple idea into the internet’s largest and fastest growing community of Office Professionals.

Before starting ILD and most recently, OfficeArrow, Mike Lewis was President of his own private equity firm, Triad Capital Partners. Prior to that, he was the founder and president of two successful telecommunication companies, TransTel Communications, Inc. and ComLink 21. He also served as a co-founder of a successful B2B teleservices firm that was started in 1988 and sold in 1995. Mike Lewis later sat on the Board of Directors of LDDS (now Verizon) for nearly half a decade.

Mike proudly serves as a participant in Wharton’s Entrepreneur in Residence Program and served the Wharton Venture Award Selection Committee. Additionally, he has served on the Board of Directors at several private primary and secondary educational institutions in North Florida.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Business School and a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University.  Mike is also active in supporting the The Tom Coughlin Jay Fund, a national charity to help the fight against childhood leukemia.
